Welcome to Tiny Tykes website!  Please review carefully the following terms and agreement for use of this website.

All Tiny Tykes products are exclusively designed as well as produced in Thailand.  We have made every effort to display and describe items as accurately as possible.  However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.

Most of products displayed at this website are available only while supplies last.  Sale items may not be available in all sizes and colors.  In case the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via your email and your purchase for that particular item will not be charged.

Prices displayed are quoted in Thai Baht and are valid and effective only in Thailand.  In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any error, Tiny Tykes shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.  If your credit card has already been charged and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.  Also we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update any information at anytime without prior notice including after you have submitted your order.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase at tiny-tykes.com, simply return it to us.  Please see our Return Policy.

Resale of Tiny Tykes product is strictly prohibited.  Each order is intended for the personal, non-commercial use of our customer.  We reserve the right to refuse multiple orders representing what we deem to be commercial quantities. 

Tiny Tykes’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Tiny Tykes to the customer.  Tiny Tykes shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.  Tiny Tykes cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in this website.
