Local Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order from tiny-tykes.com for refund or exchange. Returns postmarked within fourteen days of the purchase date will be refunded or exchanged. The returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with tags intact. Please note that refund will be after any promotional discounts received at the time of purchase as well as shipping costs and will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid. Sale items and personalized items may not be returned or exchanged. Returns for a full refund can only be made through the mail while exchanges can be either sent by mail or made at any Tiny Tykes shop in Bangkok (see details below).
- Returns and Exchanges by Mail
When mailing in return, we recommend that you send it registered mail because we could only do exchange or credit you for the items received back in our warehouse. The packing slip must be enclosed in the box indicating which item you are returning as well as the “reason code.” The shipping costs for mailing in returns must be prepaid. We will only refund shipping charges if the return/exchange was the result of our error.
In case of exchanges, once we receive the merchandise back in our warehouse, we will email you the coupon code for the value of your original purchase (deducting any promotional discounts and shipping costs). This coupon code is for use as a credit when you reorder your preferred merchandise at tiny-tykes.com. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order to you.

- Exchanges at Tiny Tykes Shop
Exchanges can be either sent by mail or made at any Tiny Tykes shop at Children’s Apparel Department at following department stores in Bangkok: Siam Paragon, the Emporium, the Mall Ngamwongwan, and the Mall Bangkapi. When exchanging the merchandise at any of our shops, simply bring with you your receipt as well as packing slip. Our shop assistance will be happy to assist you with the exchange. In the case that an additional payment is required, the payment could be made by cash or credit card at the department store. Please note that there would be no refund if the exchange is made with the merchandise of lower value.
International Returns
