How do I place an order?
- When you find a product you like, simply click on the product to go into the product detail page. If I order the product of the size and color that has shown availability, does it mean that my order will definitely be filled?
- We are sorry that the stock availability shown online is not on a real-time basis. Even though we try our best to update this information as frequently as possible, there may be time when the product you order might have just recently been sold. Should this be a case, we will inform you via your email and your account will not be charged.

How do I make a payment for my order?
- For your convenience, you can pay for your order by credit card (Visa and Master Card) or money transfer into our back account. Please find out more details under Payment Method at the bottom of homepage.

Is it save to use my credit card online?

When will I receive the product I have ordered?
- All orders received before 9 a.m. (Mon-Fri) will be processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery may take 1-5 business days after processing depending on delivery services you choose. All international orders received by 9 a.m. (GMT+7) will be processed within 2-3 business days. International delivery may take 1-7 business days after processing depending on delivery services you choose and zones of delivery.
