  • How do I place an order?
    • When you find a product you like, simply click on the product to go into the product detail page.  Choose the size, color that you want and click “add to my shopping cart.”  Select quantity you’d like to purchase.  Follow the on-screen instruction to check out.  Should you need additional assistance, please call our customer service at (662) 711-0844 Mon-Fri from 8.30 a – 5.30 p.  As an alternative, you can also place an order by phone
  • If I order the product of the size and color that has shown availability, does it mean that my order will definitely be filled?
    • We are sorry that the stock availability shown online is not on a real-time basis.  Even though we try our best to update this information as frequently as possible, there may be time when the product you order might have just recently been sold.  Should this be a case, we will inform you via your email and your account will not be charged. 
  • How do I make a payment for my order?
    • For your convenience, you can pay for your order by credit card (Visa and Master Card) or money transfer into our back account.  Please find out more details under Payment Method at the bottom of homepage. 
  • Is it save to use my credit card online?
    • Payment for your purchase by credit card will be made via a secure server at Kasikornbank, a long-established leading commercial bank in Thailand. (www.kasikornbank.com).    All submitted information will be encrypted and processed at the bank.  Additional security is added by Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code.  This means that every transaction you make at tiny-tykes.com will be absolutely safe and you can shop with us with confidence.
  • When will I receive the product I have ordered?
    • All orders received before 9 a.m. (Mon-Fri) will be processed within 1-2 business days.  Domestic delivery may take 1-5 business days after processing depending on delivery services you choose.  All international orders received by 9 a.m. (GMT+7) will be processed within 2-3 business days.  International delivery may take 1-7 business days after processing depending on delivery services you choose and zones of delivery.  Please see details under Shipping Information at the bottom of homepage or call our customer service at (662) 711-0844 Mon-Fri from 8.30a-5.30p.
  • Why do I need to create an account with Tiny Tykes?
    • Creating an account with us will make shopping easier.  You will be able to save addresses, check out faster as well as track your order status.  In addition, you will be able to view your order history as well as create address book.  The information under My Account is strictly confidential.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    • You can cancel your order by calling our customer service line at (662) 711-0844, Mon-Fri from 8.30a-5.30p.  However, if your order has already entered into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
  • How can I give you feedback and comment?
